RETURN POLICY

  1. Return Period
    We grant a period of 30 days from the date of confirmation to return the products (except those products mentioned below, for which the right to return/exchange is excluded). If you return the goods within the said period, you will be reimbursed with the amount paid for said products. Delivery charges will not be reimbursed.

  2. Non-returnable / Exchangeable Products
    The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

    • Innerwear, lingerie, socks
    • Perfumes, personal and beauty care or other beauty consumables
    • Products that have been used or tampered
    • Products damaged due to misuse or having incidental damages due to malfunctioning
    • Products sold in sets or combinations cannot be returned/exchanged individually
    • Accessories, sunglasses, belts, pouches, etc.
    • End of Season Sale (EOSS) merchandise
  3. Return Period for Non-EOSS Products
    The return period will expire after 30 days from the date of confirmation for non-EOSS products.

  4. Conditions for Return
    5.1. If you receive any damaged or defective product or if the product is significantly different from what was purchased, notify us within 30 days from the date of delivery for non-EOSS merchandise and within 15 days for EOSS merchandise.
    5.2. Non-EOSS merchandise should be returned unused, in original packaging along with price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card, and any accessories or freebies. Returns without these essentials will not be accepted.
    5.3. The return packages should be adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit.
    5.4. EOSS merchandise must be returned to the store within 15 days from the date of delivery.

  5. Product Condition for Return
    Your right to return/exchange applies only if the products are returned in the same condition as received. No reimbursement will be made if the product has been used, is not in the same condition as delivered, or has been damaged/tampered. Return products including all original packaging, instructions, and other documents, if any, must be accompanied by the receipt/invoice.

  6. Go-Green Discount Returns
    7.1. Products purchased with the “Go-Green” discount must be returned at the nearest store location.
    7.2. Returns in-store will qualify for a ‘Credit Note’ refund, redeemable exclusively at Ciiyaut stores.
    7.3. The Credit Note is valid for 6 months and can be used for future purchases.

  7. Return of Defective Products
    8.1. If you receive a damaged or defective product, or if a product or accessory is missing, contact our Customer Care Team through the provided channels.
    8.2. We will verify the return request, arrange for pick-up, and process your refund upon receipt and quality check of the returned product, which may take 4 to 6 business days.
    8.3. Upon successful quality check, you will receive confirmation of the refund. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

  8. Cancellation of Return Request
    A return request can be cancelled by contacting Customer Service. If the logistics provider arrives to pick up the product and you wish to cancel, inform them directly. You will receive confirmation of the cancellation via email or SMS.

  9. Refusal of Return Request
    We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any return request. If a return is not allowed as per the policy, no reimbursement will be made, and no further return requests for the same product will be accepted. Our decision regarding refusals or cancellations is final.

  10. Frivolous Complaints
    For frivolous or baseless complaints, we reserve the right to take legal actions and you will be liable for any costs incurred.

  11. Return Shipping Process
    For self-sent returns, if the product is not delivered or the package is empty, you must provide proof of delivery. For returns managed by us, hand over the product to the logistics provider during pick-up. If you are unavailable for pick-up, we are not responsible for delays. A maximum of 2 pick-up attempts will be made.

  12. Discrepancy in Return Status
    If there is a discrepancy in the return status, refund will only be processed if you provide proof of delivery. For queries, contact us at info@ciiyaut.com.

  13. Order Cancellation Policy
    Orders may be canceled by us or by you for reasons including non-compliance with policies, technical errors, fraud avoidance, invalid addresses, bulk orders, undelivered orders after three attempts, and incorrect pricing. You will be notified via email or SMS.

  14. Availability of Products
    Orders are subject to product availability. If a product is out of stock, we may offer a substitute of the same or higher quality. If you do not want the substitute, we will refund your payment.

  15. Cancellation by the Customer
    You may cancel an order before shipment. No cancellations are allowed afterward. If an order is canceled, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS. Refunds for canceled orders will follow the Refund Policy.

  16. Refund Policy
    Refunds for cancellations or returns are subject to the Return Policy.

  • Cancellation by You: Refund for canceled orders.
  • Return within 30 Days: Refund for the product amount, excluding delivery charges.
  • Defective Goods: Full refund including delivery charges.
  1. Time Period for Refund
    Refunds are processed within 1-6 working days after quality checks and may vary depending on banking and payment channels. Interest on EMI schemes will not be refunded.

  2. Mode of Payment Refund
    Refunds will be made to the original payment source. Payments failing to process back to the source may be refunded via NEFT or cheque. Ensure the bank account details match the payment source.

  3. Terminated Payment Mode
    If your original payment method is invalid, a cheque will be issued for the refund. We will contact you if necessary to confirm the address for cheque delivery.
